Astro Offers Businesses Over RM40 Million of Free Ad Credits

Astro Media Solutions (AMS), the advertising arm of Astro, has launched another round of Stimulus Offers to support businesses, especially SMEs in Malaysia.

Businesses can claim free ad credits worth over RM40 million to boost their ad campaign   across Astro’s TV, radio and digital platforms.

This initiative is built on speed and agility to support businesses of any size and industry with advertising on Astro’s multi-channel platforms that reach 5.7 million, or 74% of Malaysian households, 17 million weekly listeners on its radio brands and 14 million monthly unique visitors across its digital brands.

Wong See Wei, Director of Astro Media Solutions says: “Bersatu kita teguh, bercerai kita runtuh. We are committed to support businesses that are affected by the pandemic. We hope these efforts will get them more media exposure and stimulate sales of their products and services.”

Recent insight by WARC, a marketing research firm, shows that companies that advertised during downturn generated higher growth than those who reduced their advertising budget. (Source: WARC, May 2021 – What we know about advertising in a recession)

As one of the key media players in the nation, AMS recognises the need to support SMEs and businesses to maintain their brand presence during this challenging time. The respond garnered from the over 33 advertising campaigns initiated by AMS with brands since MCO last year has proven that advertising during crisis plays an important role in strengthening brand health and market share in the long run.
