Video of transport minister distributing travel card info goes viral

A video depicting the Transport minister Anthony Loke promoting Prasarana Malaysia Bhd’s My100 and My50 travel passes has gone viral on social media.

The two minute video was uploaded on Loke’s Facebook account during his ride on the MRT and later on the LRT.

In the video he is seen getting on the MRT at Kajang station later proceeding to the LRT at Pasar Seni heading towards Prasarana Malaysia Bhd in Bangsar.

Throughout the journey he distributed brochures with information about the travel passes to passengers and inquired if they had obtained them yet.

Many passengers also took the opportunity to take photos with Loke on the train.

The video has had 452,000 Facebook views and 4,184 shares since it was uploaded last Thursday.
