Skribble, an award winning 360-degree solutions provider that covers martech, digital, business consultancy and social media officially launches Strategic Asia Marketing Alliance (SAMA), an alliance of reputable creative agencies throughout APAC today.
SAMA was formed by Skribble and its regional partners to address the evolving challenges faced by marketing agencies in the APAC region. The alliance recognises that while the industry landscape is often repetitive and competitive, there are significant opportunities for growth through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
SAMA brings together a diverse array of leading agencies from across the APAC region. In Indonesia, founding members include IDEOWORKS, Omeoo Creative, Meson Digital, SevenAds, ADX Asia, Ivosights, Naikreatif, Krona, and Kim Communication.
Malaysian agencies iWisers, BLWN and Battle Mind Creative are also among the founding partners. From Singapore, we have iFoundries, Superminted and Grow Public Relations while Thailand is represented by Relevant Audience. This impressive roster of agencies represents a wealth of expertise and local market knowledge, further strengthening SAMA’s position as a hub for marketing excellence in the region.
“SAMA aims to connect you to local excellence, no matter which country you need support in,” said Skribble’s CEO Teng Chan Leong, a founding member of the alliance. “By bringing together the most exciting home-grown brands in business consulting, martech, talent management, and production, we’re enabling a synergistic network that spans the entire region.”
The alliance’s mission is to “bring together APAC’s excellence,” with a vision “to be APAC’s most exciting alliance.” SAMA aims to achieve this through four key objectives:
- Providing trusted horizontal partnerships and value-chain expansion
- Extending presence and reach to every city and country where the Alliance has a member partner
- Creating shared cross-border opportunities
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and talent development
SAMA is committed to upholding high standards of professional integrity, collaboration, and transparency. The alliance will focus on fostering innovation, leveraging regional expertise, and offering clients integrated marketing solutions that resonate across the diverse APAC markets.
Skribble’s affinity for tech has positioned itself as a key player in the martech industry. It has developed its own CRM, data analytics and visualisation tools for both internal use and external support for its clients. Skribble’s efforts are bolstered by an in-house tech team, building solutions from the ground up to address marketing challenges. It aims to lend its expertise and solutions to the alliance.
While it may be easy to search the web for agencies in other countries, SAMA provides a unique platform built on trust and suitability. The alliance helps match businesses with the right agencies, ensuring compatibility and shared values.
Membership in SAMA is open to established independent agencies with a proven track record of success. The alliance also welcomes industry specialists with expertise in specific domains such as website development, content creation, or video production. While SAMA currently has strong representation in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, the alliance is open to agencies from other APAC countries as well.
As part of its launch initiatives, SAMA plans to implement various programmes, including leadership elevation, regional pitch opportunities, talent exchange programmes, and joint regional events. These initiatives are designed to provide value to leaders, team members, partners, and clients across the APAC region.
