Mudah.my gets creative with Deepavali themed instructional video

Mudah.my is livening up Deepavali with the #SeMudahABCD music video staring Sasi The Don and Santesh Kumar.

Mudah.my celebrated Deepavali with a music video entitled #SeMudahABCD which highlights the message of finding, buying and selling everything on Mudah.my and equates it to being as easy as ABCD.

The video features Malaysia’ Reggae ambassador, Sasi the Don and Santesh Kumar who is best known for his hit song Amalina.

The music video, #SeMudahABCD dials up the fact that users can find almost anything on Mudah.my – motorcycles, property, jobs, electronic items, cars and accessories.

The song lyrics, interlaced with Tamil chorus, communicates the ease of buying and selling almost anything, anywhere, conveniently through the Mudah.my app.

In the video, Sasi and Santesh take viewers through their journey on the Mudah app, where Sasi finds a great deal for a used car, while Santesh gets the secondhand motorbike he was looking for. #SeMudahABCD was inspired by Sasi’s comeback single ABCD which was remixed and rearranged by Sasi The Don & D’Navigator.

Andrew Pinto, Head of Marketing, Mudah.my, explains: #SeMudahABCD brings alive the “Everything Also Mudah” philosophy by showing how effortlessly Malaysians can find, buy and sell almost everything, especially during Deepavali.

We’re very excited to partner with Sasi and Santesh to bring this message to life.”

“The ABCD song was all about going back to basics. It was about celebrating the simple things in life.

Together with Mudah.my, we had the idea to collaborate with our Malaysian breakout star Santesh to bring something new”, said Sasi.

With more than 8 million visits every month, Mudah.my remains the most visited marketplace platform for buying and selling in Malaysia.

Malaysians can download the app, use the desktop or mobile version for free to find, buy and sell everything they need this season.

MARKETING Magazine is not responsible for the content of external sites.

After 20 years of evolving technology, shifting market trends, and adapting to changing consumer behaviour, the media landscape has nearly reached saturation.

We’ve optimised to the fullest, providing advertisers with abundant choices across technology, platforms, data-driven marketing, CTV, OTTDOOHinfluencer marketing, retail, etc.

Media specialists have diversified, but with more options comes the challenge of maintaining income growth. The industry is expanding, but revenue isn’t keeping pace.

Now, we’re at a TURNING POINT: time to explore and harness new sustainable revenue streams. While GroupM forecasts a 7.8% global ad revenue growth in 2024, challenges like antitrust regulation, AI and copyright issues, and platform bans persist.

Collaboration is keypartnerships that thrive on synergy, shared values, and aligned goals are becoming increasingly essential.

Hence, the Malaysian Media Conference, in its 20th year, has assembled the partners and players under one roof on October 25 for a day of learning, sharing, and exploring.
