Activating Google Signals helps enhance remarketing.
“Google Signal” is mainly created for those who seek “Re-targeting or Cross-device Re-marketing” techniques.
What is cross-device re-marketing? It’s a technique which helps you target the same ads to the same user/person as they move between their devices. It can be either from “mobile to tablet or tablet to desktop.
It doesn’t stop there, the “same ad” will also be re-marketed to the same user across many websites, apps and everywhere the user goes.
Unless or until the google-ads are eligible to be shown.
For example, in the “Vodafone Ad” where initially “the dog will follow a girl where-ever she goes.
Like wise, once your Ads-Personalization is “ON” , you can’t escape from Google-sight.
But, you can customise the Ad you are seeing. It is as simple as it looks.
If you don’t want Google to track you, U can turn the ads-personalization feature “OFF”.
And Google signals helps the user; to track the visitors who visits their websites and also helps them to re-target them with better visibility.
The main source for Google signals is “Google Analytics”.
Re-marketing with Google Analytics : Audiences that you create in Google Analytics and publish to Google Ads and other Google Marketing Platform advertising products can serve ads in Cross Device-eligible re-marketing campaigns to Google users who have turned “ON” Ads-Personalization.

When you turn ON Ads-personalization, google can view the interaction of a user in online property from multiple browsers and multiple devices.
For example, you can see how users browse products on your site from a phone, and later return to complete purchases from a tablet or laptop.
