Brand strategy wisdom comes face to face with happy participants

After months of being on event hiatus due to the Movement Control Order, we finally had our first in-person workshop yesterday, starting off with the popular Strategic Brand Planning workshop by Sutapa Bhattacharya.

Participants of our first in-person workshop since MCO on Strategic Brand Planninng by Sutapa Bhattacharya post for a socially-distanced group shot at the lobby of Sime Darby Convention Center yesterday

Sutapa’s workshop has always been a sold-out event in the past as she has never failed to achieve the goal of  empowering participants to formulate, analyse and sharpen their focus on strategic brand development.

As this was our first event since the RMCO began, it was a chance for us to put to test conducting an event while adhering to the SOP provided by the government.

Seating arrangements were tweaked to ensure there was a minimum 1 meter distance between each participant at all times during the workshop

Seating arrangements were adjusted to ensure everyone sat at least 1 meter apart from each other and to avoid crowding during tea and lunch breaks, our usual buffet line was scrapped and each participant was given their own packaged meals instead.

To avoid unnecessary contact and crowding which would have been inevitable in a buffet line, the management of Sime Darby convention Center arranged individual meal plating for each participant at our workshop yesterday

The feedback we’ve received from participants so far has been overwhelmingly positive with the only comment being they wished the workshop was spread across two days instead of one to avoid rushing through any element. So look out for this as we plan for one early next year!

At the same time, we had a 2-day virtual workshop conducted by Joe Najib on ‘Making Good Presentations Great’

Joe Najib’s two-day workshop on Making Good Presentations Great was held over Zoom Pro

Stay tuned for more upcoming workshops, as we update them from time to time on events page or subscribe to our newsletter to make sure you never miss out.
