BMI strengthens team

Business Media International fortifies team with new appointments 
B2B media specialists, Business Media International (BMI) has announced several new appointments.

Tan Yong Keat, who has spearheaded BMI’s go-to-market efforts has been named Assistant General Manager. Rozita Shuib, previously CEO of NewMan and managing director of Prestige magazine has joined BMI as Associate Publisher with responsibility for the company’s portfolio of print and events brands.
Daniel Loo, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager and continues to lead BMI’s business awards portfolio. Jeff Tan has been appointed Associate Editor of SME Magazine. A career journalist, Tan has over 10 years of journalism and editorial experience.
Haley Wong, previously editor at Life Magazine has been appointed Assistant Editor of Capital Asia. Yap Li Wan has been appointed the online editor. Yap is an industry veteran with past assignments including RTM as a senior news editor and was press secretary of a cabinet minister.
“We have continued to grow our portfolio of B2B media brands, with the re-introduction of Golden Bull Awards in 2017 and the extension of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work For programme to Vietnam, Philippines and China,” said Dato’ William Ng, group publisher of BMI
“While our print footprint continues to grow, our events brands have become leaders in many segments of the market. The recent appointments will strengthen our leadership both online and offline in the B2B section,” he added on further.
