Alice Lee positioned to drive Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd’s transformational strategy
Ricoh, the leader in workplace technology has announced the appointment of Alice Lee (pic) as Managing Director of Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

Her appointment is effective 1st April 2018.

In 2017, Alice was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Ricoh Malaysia. Her current role is tasked with driving Ricoh’s transformational strategy and ensuring Ricoh’s operations are aligned with the global strategy in the Malaysian market.

With an illustrious career and remarkable growth within the company, Alice’s journey with Ricoh Malaysia spans over two decades, covering multiple disciplines from marketing to sales.

She has etched history by being the first female Managing Director of Ricoh’s Malaysian operations since its establishment.

Now in the Managing Director’s seat, Alice has set her sights on bringing about a transformational change to raise Ricoh’s flag even higher in Malaysia by embellishing the brand’s position as a total workplace technology provider while continuing to raise the bar in delivering efficient, effective and sustainable workplace solutions.

This follows Group’s commitment to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in pursuit of emerging as a vibrant force by empowering workplaces.

In this regard, Ricoh’s proposition of ‘Empowering Digital Workplaces’ is about bringing vitality through innovative technology and services, enabling a smarter and more competent workforce through a people-centric approach, while respecting unique individual personality and expertise.
