FWD Takaful has appointed Siti Hajar Rizlan as its new Chief Marketing Officer, effective 1 October 2025. She brings with her more than two decades of experience in marketing and brand leadership, particularly in the financial services sector.
Siti Hajar joins the company from Takaful Malaysia, where she spearheaded award-winning campaigns and strategic initiatives that strengthened brand presence and customer engagement. In her new role, she will also serve as a member of FWD Takaful’s executive committee (EXCO), contributing strategic insights to the company’s overall direction.
Well regarded in the industry for her brand storytelling and marketing leadership, Siti Hajar has led a wide range of impactful initiatives — from major product launches to CSR programmes — earning multiple accolades that celebrate creativity, innovation, and measurable results.
Siti Hajar was also named Marketer of The Year in Sustainable Brand Marketing 2022 at the CMO Awards 2022, and won at the CMO Awards 2023 as the Chief Marketing Officer at Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad.
