Astro & Naga DDB Tribal Bring Astro Originals' "Generasi Perfect 10" To Life With Lenticular OOH Installation

Astro, Home of Originals, continues to push creative boundaries beyond the screen with the official reveal of its striking “Generasi: Perfect 10” lenticular out-of-home (OOH) installation at KLCC Convex Crossing, created in collaboration with Naga DDB Tribal.

The immersive display, featuring lead characters Ezie and Victoria, challenges viewers with a bold question – “Choose How You Win.” It’s more than a tagline; it’s a reflection of the show’s powerful message about the choices one makes in the pursuit of success.

The Generasi: Perfect 10 lenticular board brings to life the drama’s central theme of duality – between discipline and desire, integrity and ambition, light and darkness. On one side stands a coach symbolising light, discipline, and fairness; on the other, power, ruthlessness, and winning at any cost.

As viewers move past the billboard, the visuals shift and transform – revealing two opposing realities that mirror the inner conflict faced by its characters. This unique experience invites passersby to reflect on a powerful question: What kind of winner do you want to be?

Unlike traditional static billboards, the lenticular concept uses a special printing technique that combines multiple images into one display. As people move or change their viewing angle, the images seamlessly shift, creating an illusion of motion and transformation.

This concept was chosen specifically for Generasi: Perfect 10 to bring the drama’s moral tension to life – encouraging people not just to see the duality, but to feel it.

“Astro is always exploring creative ways to bring our stories to life beyond the screen. The Generasi: Perfect 10 lenticular installation does exactly that it transforms storytelling into an experience, engaging audiences to see and feel the conflict that defines our characters. It’s a bold, innovative expression of what Astro Originals stands for,” said Benjamin Woo, Head of Group Marketing, Astro.

The project was conceptualised and executed in collaboration with Naga DDB Tribal, Astro’s long-standing creative partner, known for crafting experiences that merge storytelling, technology, and emotion.

“At Naga DDB Tribal, we see ourselves as experience makers – turning ideas into moments that people can see, feel, and remember. For Generasi: Perfect 10, we wanted to take the show’s core theme of choice and bring it off-screen in a way that stops people in their tracks. The lenticular format was the perfect way to make audiences experience the duality and internal struggle of the characters – to make them shift their own perspective,” said Erman Basiron, Creative Director, Naga DDB Tribal.

The Generasi: Perfect 10 OOH installation represents Astro Originals’ commitment to pushing creative boundaries and redefining how stories are told and experienced.

Premiered in September 2025, Generasi: Perfect 10 follows the journey of Ezie and Victoria, two young athletes navigating the pressures of competition, mentorship, and moral integrity. As their ambitions clash with their values, they must decide what kind of winners they truly want to be.
