60-Year-Old Tai Sun Partners with Fishermen Integrated Singapore to Capture Modern Snacking Vibe via the "Tai Sun Nutty Footbowl"

Football is no longer anchored to the living room TV. Today, fans catch matches wherever they can on their phones, during late-night mamak sessions, daily commutes, or stolen moments between breaks.

To match this shift, homegrown snack giant Tai Sun has teamed up with independent creative agency Fishermen Integrated Singapore to launch the Tai Sun Nutty Footbowl. This specially designed nutty footbowl lets fans crunch comfortably while streaming the game on mobile devices.

This creation anchors Tai Sun’s milestone 60th-anniversary celebration, themed 60 Years of Goodness – Sharing Snacks, Sharing Memories. While marking six decades of quality snacking, the campaign signals the brand’s evolution to stay relevant to modern, digital-first consumers.

The Footbowl is the latest creative execution under Tai Sun’s newly launched brand platform, Nuts For Every Vibe. For Real. This rebrand reposition nuts from a purely festive or functional pantry staple into a lifestyle snack that fits every mood, moment, and screen size.

“The Tai Sun Nutty Footbowl starts with a very human truth: football happens under the blankets, during study breaks, and on late-night rides. The creative team, Carmen Lee and Sandi Ng, saw this real behavior and turned it into something playful, useful, and unmistakably Tai Sun. The goal wasn’t to interrupt the fan experience, but to seamlessly belong in it. That is the heart of this activation and why it aligns with Tai Sun’s new vibe-led direction.”

To mark the anniversary, Tai Sun is launching the TS60 Contest. Consumers who spend RM10 on participating Tai Sun products stand a chance to win a share of prizes worth up to RM60,000. This will be supported by a roll-out of interactive, on-ground activations designed to bring the refreshed brand identity directly to the public.
