Trapper Group launches Content Innovation Arm to Reimagine Social-First Storytelling at Scale

by: Vishnu Devarajan

Trapper today announced the launch of Trapper Group’s Content Innovation Arm, a strategic expansion under its social media business pillar, Sticky Rice, designed to meet clients’ increasing need for high-volume, high-quality content designed for social, delivered at scale and at accessible costs.

The initiative further bolsters Sticky Rice’s ambition of delivering social campaigns strategically designed for success by providing a suite of tools and services that can be adapted and customized to meet the unique requirements of each client, built specifically for the fast-paced, always-on nature of social platforms.

The team is already working closely with its local and regional clients to integrate Trapper Group’s Content Innovation Arm into their 2026 social content ecosystems.

“For us, this isn’t just another division. It’s a shift in how the industry must think about content,” said Gita Sriram, Group CSO at Trapper Group.

“Today, organisations need more than just creative ideas — they require a system of innovations that can combine strategy, creativity, technology, and cultural intelligence to drive deeper customer engagement. And at the heart of this expansion is our belief in people.

Tools evolve and platforms change, but talent remains the driving force. Our recently deployed Trapper Content Innovation Arm ensures that our teams have the capabilities, insights, and systems to set new standards for the industry while shaping the future rather than reacting to it.”

Built to complement Sticky Rice’s social creative foundation and Trapper’s expertise in digital strategy, the Content Innovation Arm focuses on scalable, adaptive, and AI-assisted content frameworks that help clients meet the rising demands of social platforms efficiently and affordably.

This allows Sticky Rice to continue driving deeper creative thinking and narrative development while the new arm supports the high-volume, rapid-turnaround requirements essential to today’s social landscape.

According to Gita, “The future of content isn’t about more output. It’s about smarter, more adaptive storytelling.

This expansion reflects our commitment to helping clients navigate social behaviours and evolving audience expectations with agility, creativity, and measurable value.”

Centered on Efficiency, Intelligence, and Scale, the Trapper Group’s Content Innovation Arm leverages AI-assisted workflows, modular content systems, and real-time cultural insights to help clients activate and adapt content seamlessly across platforms.

These capabilities are already being integrated with partners now as the Sticky Rice team prepares for full-scale implementation in 2026, ensuring long-term sustainability and responsiveness.

Designed to support Trapper Group’s broader vision for innovation, the Content Innovation Arm also addresses the accelerating need for always-on, cost-efficient social content ecosystems.

“Clients today need partners who can deliver both speed and substance,” added Gita. “This new division positions Sticky Rice and the overall Trapper Group at the forefront of adtech integration in Malaysia.”

As the digital landscape continues to evolve, the Trapper Group’s Content Innovation Arm will serve as a scalable engine to help clients future-proof their social strategies, adopt emerging technologies, and deliver continuous content that resonates with real-time cultural shifts.
