Sheley Lim Joins Trapper Group as Group Chief Business Officer

In line with this ambition, Sheley Lim, a media professional with over 21 years of experience in the communications industry, will join Trapper Group as Group Chief Business Officer, effective 7 July 2025. Sheley will join the Executive Committee alongside Ms. Agnes Yee (Group Chief Operations Officer), Ms. Gitanjali Sriram (Group Chief Strategy Officer), and Ms. Louise Moo (Group Chief Media Officer).

Sheley has had extensive experience in the industry having led overall Agency Business, driving strategic direction, client success and managing a portfolio of clients covering FMCG, Banking & Finance, Automotive, Luxury Beauty, Consumer Electronics and a host of other business sectors.

Having managed key account relationships overseas and in Malaysia, Sheley has ensured business growth for both client and agency, whilst ensuring innovation and ideation, that clients are proud of. Sheley holds dearly to these core competencies and a high performance culture, by implementing cutting edge digital and traditional media solutions, mentoring teams and enhancing operational issues, to achieve clients and agencies best outcomes.
