Shayne Koh trailblazes at Malaysian CMO Awards Discovery Edition

Shayne Koh Hui Chen is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and retail communication. For the past seven years, she has served as Head of Group Digital, Marketing, and Branding at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, playing a key role in the bank’s digital transformation and brand-building journey.

Her leadership has driven impactful initiatives such as the “Bank for Life” brand campaign, the bank’s corporate website transformation, Penang’s Heritage Run, and the BizSmart Challenge Accelerator Edition, a flagship program supporting SMEs.

With her strategic vision and performance-driven approach, she also led Alliance Bank to become Malaysia’s first bank to leverage digital channels for measurable business growth, earning recognition as a Meta success story in 2019.

Prior to Alliance Bank, Shayne held senior marketing roles at TGV Cinemas and Sony Malaysia, where she led large-scale campaigns including the Sony FIFA World Cup 2010 and 2014 events and a major co-branded launch with Maybank.

Her deep expertise in integrated marketing strategies and her track record of delivering results across both financial and consumer sectors make her a standout leader in Malaysia’s marketing landscape.

Shayne’s career with be celebrated at the Malaysian CMO Awards 2024 Discovery Edition on April 25 in a special Induction Ceremony at the exclusive Malaysian Petroleum Club, and joined by over 40 celebrated marketing leaders in Malaysia.
