Pos Malaysia Berhad (“Pos Malaysia”), the national post and parcel service provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalia binti Ahmed Shukri Navin as its new Group Chief People Officer effective 2 January 2025. Natalia will report directly to Charles Brewer, Group Chief Executive Officer.
Charles Brewer said, “We are thrilled to welcome Natalia to the Pos Malaysia family as a valued member of our Senior Management Team. She is an accomplished HR leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams and driving transformative organisational change. Her vast experience and deep expertise in human resources, honed in both Malaysian and multinational companies, will be instrumental in advancing our People strategy and taking it to new heights.”
Commenting on her appointment, Natalia said, “It is an honour to join such an established Malaysian institution and a logistics powerhouse like Pos Malaysia. In her new role, Natalia will focus on strengthening Pos Malaysia’s People strategy, with an emphasis on cultural transformation, talent management and development, employee engagement, and safety.
Prior to joining Pos Malaysia, Natalia served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Maxis from 2019 to 2024. A trained lawyer, she began her career as an Advocate and Solicitor at Zaid Ibrahim & Co specialising in industrial relations and employment law, before joining the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
Natalia then went on to hold key HR leadership roles at several renowned organisations across various sectors, successfully driving people initiatives and transformation efforts in the Asia Pacific region.
Natalia holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Staffordshire.
