GrowthOps Creative has launched a new dedicated studio to power CelcomDigi’s end-to-end marketing execution, consolidating previously fragmented agency functions into a single integrated team. The move reflects a growing industry shift toward embedded creative models that prioritise agility, efficiency, and scale.
The over 30-person strong studio, built in under 60 days with their own dedicated office, has already supported high-profile campaigns including CelcomDigi’s Merdeka celebrations, the iPhone 17 launch and new unified app launch.
“Our strength has always been embedding within large enterprise marketing teams,” said Chris Greenough, General Manager, GrowthOps Asia. “By bringing CelcomDigi’s creative needs under one roof, we can deliver faster, sharper work while enabling true collaboration across the brand’s marketing ecosystem.”
The studio is led by Group Account Director Kelsey Rabindran and Creative Director Leonard Leao, supported by Creative Group Heads Juliana Lee and Leann Fernandez, as well as Head of Social Media Felicia Cheong, and Senior Project Manager Stephanie Boey. The studio team also includes Sreenavin Sreedhran, who has been promoted to Creative Lead within the unit.
In parallel, Adzam Bahrin has been elevated to Executive Creative Director, overseeing GrowthOps’ expanding creative portfolio.
