Beginning her career at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Elaine excelled in corporate relations before making her mark in advertising and earning multiple industry accolades. She later co-founded R Box Asia, where she launched and scaled AirAsia’s courier division across 15 countries, playing a key role in driving logistics innovation and operational growth.
She most recently brought her entrepreneurial vision to KSK Group, where she led the “8 Conlay Healing Campaign” aiming to rebuild trust and restore confidence in the brand among regional stakeholders after the COVID-19 pandemic brought the global property market to a standstill.
Through strategic storytelling, luxury partnerships, and high-impact engagement, the campaign set new benchmarks in the luxury property sector and delivered the highest performance in 8 Conlay’s history.
Elaine is currently launching the next phase of her career as the Chief Marketing Officer at Lemmy, an AI-powered property rental platform.
