New Wins Expand Practice Footprints

In the automotive sector, VoxEureka has been appointed by INNOCEAN Malaysia for Hyundai Motor Malaysia, following a competitive pitch to helm the brand’s communication strategy. Working alongside INNOCEAN, the agency will develop campaign-based communication plans supporting key model launches and corporate milestones to elevate Hyundai in the automotive and lifestyle space.

Trip.com has brought VoxEureka on board to strengthen the brand’s media relationships and build brand awareness and trust, cementing Trip.com as a leading contender in Malaysia’s online travel agency landscape.

The agency’s retail and property portfolio has grown with the appointment by Pavilion Group to elevate brand presence across its four key properties: Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Damansara Heights, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, and Intermark Mall – integrating corporate communications and retail storytelling to drive footfall and brand affinity. This adds to an existing roster that includes UEM Sunrise, Sunway Integrated Properties, and Sunway Pyramid.

Coway has appointed VoxEureka for creative and activation conceptualisation, and creator engagement for its upcoming innovation launch campaign centred on democratised healthy living, making premium lifestyle accessible to everyone.

In Singapore, VoxEureka marked its first anniversary with the appointment by Tools For Humanity, a global company building proof-of-human technology to address a fundamental challenge of the AI era: distinguishing real humans from AI agents and bots online.

Long-Term Renewals Reaffirm Trust

Following a competitive six‑agency pitch, TikTok renewed its mandate with VoxEureka for a fifth consecutive year in the Malaysian market. The agency continues to support the platform’s evolution from creator publishing into a national economic enabler.

In addition, Sunway Group has renewed its partnership with VoxEureka, also for a fifth consecutive year, with the agency continuing to support the conglomerate’s public relations efforts as it builds on its 50th anniversary in 2024 and enters its next phase of growth.

These follow the recent announcement that BMW Group Malaysia had extended VoxEureka’s remit for a further three years as the brand enters its transformative Neue Klasse era.
