Lo Wei Tzen has joined U Mobile as Head of Brand, reporting to Bernard Lee.
He moves from CelcomDigi, where he served as Head of Enterprise Business Communications and InnoCo, steering how the brand showed up for corporate and government clients in a fast-changing tech landscape.
At CelcomDigi, he also led Marketing Communications and later Brand and Engagement, shaping many of the festive and thematic campaigns that put the telco’s human stories at the centre.
With over 20 years of experience across agencies and client-side roles, Wei Tzen has built, shaped and transformed brands, with a strong specialisation in the telco industry.
A key highlight of his journey was strategising, planning and executing Malaysia’s largest telco merger, CelcomDigi, bringing together two industry giants to serve over 20 million customers.
Prior to that, Wei Tzen was Head of Brand and Insights at TIME dotCom Berhad.
On the agency side, he rose through the ranks at Naga DDB and Naga DDB Tribal, eventually becoming General Manager of Tribal and helping to drive the agency’s digital transformation for major clients.
