Watsons Malaysia Named “Brand of the Year” at the Prestigious World Branding Awards 2025–2026

Watsons Malaysia, the Malaysia and Asia No.1 health and beauty retailer, has won the coveted “Brand of the Year” title for Health & Beauty category at the 2025–2026 World Branding Awards. Recognized in the Regional Tier, the award is presented to brands that achieve recognition across multiple countries within a specific geographic region.

The 2025–2026 Edition of the World Branding Awards, held in Osaka, Japan, marks the 20th milestone ceremony of the prestigious World Branding Forum (WBF). Recognized as one of the world’s most respected brand recognition programs, the Awards celebrate the excellence of leading global, regional, and national brands.

This year, fewer than 100 brands worldwide earned the coveted “Brand of the Year” title, making Watsons Malaysia’s achievement even more extraordinary. This award underscores Watsons Malaysia’s position as not just a household name locally, but a globally recognized brand.

Winning this honor reflects Watsons Malaysia’s unwavering commitment to empowering customers to “Look Good, Do Good, Feel Great” while consistently redefining standards in retail excellence, innovation, and customer engagement. It is a testament to creating meaningful experiences for millions of customers.

This marks the 11th consecutive year Watsons has won in the Retail category and is the first time receiving the Brand of the Year award, an achievement credited to public votes and customer trust.
