2025 Dragons of Malaysia. Announcing this year's Finalists.

Judging is complete and we have much pleasure in attaching the Release of this year’s Finalists in the 2025 Dragons of Malaysia. All Entrants on the list are Winners of Gold, Silver or Bronze metal Malaysian Dragons.

The Release was originally intended to be uploaded next Monday, but we’ve decided to allow Winners more time to make a decision to attend this year’s Dragons of Asia and the Dragons of Malaysia combined Award Event at the Sheraton Petaling Jaya on Friday October 10. Hence today’s release.

Marketing Magazine are staging the Event and in a few days, you’ll receive ticketing details for the Award Event.

Black Dragon (Certificate) Winners, whose Campaign scores rested just below the Bronze Dragon threshold, are not on this list. Those winners will be announced and awarded their Black Dragons on October 10.

What an extraordinary year it’s been for the Dragons !!

As we reveal the Finalists for the 2025 Silver Anniversary Dragons of Asia and the 2025 Dragons of Malaysia, it’s clear that this year has been a defining moment in the Programme’s 25 year history.

Overall participation in the Dragons of Asia and Dragons of Malaysia doubled this year, with a large number of new Agencies and brands from across Asia taking part to be recognised at the highest level in our Marketing Communications Industry.

But even more important than the number of entries received, was the extraordinarily high quality of the body of work submitted in all Programmes, the Dragons of Malaysia, the Dragons of Asia, the Dragons of Pakistan (double last year’s entries) and the Dragons of Sri Lanka (4 times 2024 entries).

Many members of our international panel of judges commented on the very high quality and effectiveness of this year’s campaigns. With only 17 Gold, Silver, and Bronze Dragons to be awarded in the Asia and Malaysia Programmes, scores were closer than ever before, with Winners in some Categories being separated by just a handful of points. This created more Black Dragon Winners than ever before.

This year’s Dragons of Asia and the Dragons of Malaysia Finalists represent the best the Marketing Communications Industry work in Asia, over the last 12 months.
