Keith Miranda, who divides his time between Kuala Lumpur and Sydney, has played an active role in guiding the group through this transformative period. The Harvard educated ex- Citigroup banker who was also the National Treasurer of the Australia China Business Council appears to be drawing on all his experience to help propel the company forward.
As part of IBG’s leadership renewal, the group has promoted long-time finance executive Vinesh Thanabalasingam to Group Finance Director and Sharon Gomes to Head of Operations and Personnel. These strategic appointments reflect IBG’s focus on maintaining strong financial management and fostering staff development at the centre of its focus in the face of an evolving media landscape.
In what was viewed by many as a bold move – Invictus shook the very top of the leadership with the appointment of Jo Yau. Jo brings a fresh perspective to IBG’s leadership, with the support of Group Strategy Director Chen Shi Yen and Group Head of Media, Ricky Cheok.
Together, this team is poised to steer IBG into its next phase of growth.
To further reinforce its creative capabilities, IBG has also strengthened its creative team, led by Executive Creative Director Heng Thang Wei, an multi award-winning professional in the industry.
Expanding Horizons: in 2024 Invictus Blue Group (IBG) has taken a significant step in its regional growth strategy with the expansion of its operations into Indonesia underscoring its commitment to tapping into the vast potential of Southeast Asia’s largest market.
This strategic move aligns with IBG’s vision to establish itself as a key regional player in the media industry.
Private investment vehicle, Serimas Jasa is believed to be actively assessing acquisitions both locally and regionally.
