In conjunction with this year’s Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, Air Selangor presents a short festive video titled ‘Raya Ikut Rasa’, a heartfelt story that highlights themes of mental health, family love, self-acceptance and the strength to overcome emotional challenges.

‘Raya Ikut Rasa’ tells the story of the special bond between a grandmother, Wan, and her granddaughter, Kayla, who aspires to become a content creator. However, her dream is shaken when she faces emotional distress due to cyberbullying after sharing cooking videos on social media.

Noticing Kayla becoming increasingly withdrawn, Wan invites her to create cooking videos together throughout the month of Ramadan. Their moments of togetherness not only touch the hearts of many online, but also help Kayla rebuild her confidence as Hari Raya Aidilfitri approaches.

Air Selangor’s latest festive video features local talents including Normalis Nordin as Kayla and Khatijah Tan as Wan, alongside Louisa Chong as Mei and Sukania Venugopal as Rani, bringing to life a touching story about mental health, self-confidence, family support and self-acceptance in the face of cyberbullying.

Air Selangor’s Head of Corporate Communication, Elina Baseri, said, “Through ‘Raya Ikut Rasa’, we hope to convey that festive celebrations do not have to be perfect. What matters most is the sincerity in sharing how we feel, understanding one another and offering support to those who may be going through emotional challenges.

“This video is also part of Air Selangor’s 2026 festive campaign series themed ‘Love Flows Like Water’, which is also reflected in our Chinese New Year and Deepavali celebrations. The theme illustrates how love and family support, like water, continue to flow and can help individuals face life’s many challenges such as mental health ,” she added.

‘Raya Ikut Rasa’ also highlights the reality of cyberbullying, which can affect selfconfidence, particularly among the younger generation. Through the story of Kayla and Wan, the video serves as a reminder that family support and shared kindness can help individuals rise again, reflecting the spirit of Hari Raya Aidilfitri that emphasises togetherness, forgiveness and sincerity.

The short video ‘Raya Ikut Rasa’ is now available for viewing at hydrohub.airselangor.com and on Air Selangor’s official social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
