The International Advertising Association (IAA) of Malaysia will be organising a forum on Work-Life Balance as part of their IAA Malaysia Forum Series at the Royal Lake Club on November 28, 2019 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
The forum will host a panel discussion featuring Group Chief Executive Officer of Star Media Group, Andreas Vogiatzakis; Chief Strategy Officer of Dentsu Aegis Network, Dr. Milan Agnihotri; Consultant Clinical Psychologist of ReGen Rehab Hospital, Dr. Paul K Jambunathan; Managing Consultant of MYHRC Services, Deepa George and Associate Principal of Corporate Communications of Digi, Audra Ooi. The panellists will be moderated by Meera Sivasothy, General Manager and Host of the Health and Living Segment on BFM 89.9.
Over the span of this year, issues surrounding Malaysia’s work environment, specifically the lack of a healthy work-life balance, has been making headlines. Malaysia was also ranked last in a study that examined 40 metropolises around the world in terms of holistic work-life balance.
Addressing these issues and its impact on the physical and mental state of Malaysians, the forum will also discuss solutions on overcoming this dilemma while still managing expectations.
