Malaysia Airlines together with M&C Saatchi have teamed up to launch a global Raya ad this festive season.
The 3-minute long video launched on the brand’s social media sites tells the tale of how Muslims for countries like China, India and Japan celebrates the upcoming Raya festival.
Showcasing the different cultures unique to the region the festive ad has already racked up over 326,000 views within 5 hours of being launched on Facebook.
The video was produced by Directors ThinkTank and according to the post on the production house’s Facebook page, the ad featured real Muslim families from 4 countries.
Together with the video the brand also launched a Raya greeting microsite which featured Raya stories from the various countries MAS flies too. Users are also able to create and send their own Raya greeting on the website.
