Effective August 1, 2024 Caryn Loh has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Health & Beauty Asia, in addition to her current role as Managing Director of Watsons Malaysia.
Caryn will also manage Watsons Taiwan. She was appointed as Regional Exclusives Director at Watsons International in October last year.
Caryn joined Watsons Malaysia in 2004 and has been honoured with the Executive of the Year – Retail award at the Malaysia Management Excellence Awards 2023, by The Asian Business Review.
GM for Marketing & Customer Growth (Sustainability), Danny Hoh, has been also been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Watsons Malaysia.
Since joining the company in 2013, Danny has demonstrated exceptional leadership in marketing and business strategy. He won CMO of the Year at the prestigious Malaysian CMO Awards 2023 for Best In Retail Marketing.
In his new role, Danny will oversee the Marketing, Trading, and Online Business portfolios, ensuring a seamless shopping experience across various channels at any time and from anywhere.
