Samir Dixit believes marketers have not moved forward despite the change in the marketing the past few years
With a global career spanning 19 years across brand, marketing, communications, consulting and financial Industry, Samir Dixit (pic) has a wealth of experience across global strategy, research, IP management, corporate communication, PR, global brand management, M&A branding, and advertising. He is Managing Director of Brand Finance Asia Pacific.
In the past 12 months, Samir has been driving marketing and business acceleration strategies for B2B and B2C segments across the industry and consumer segments like pharma, insurance, banking and finance, education, retail, internet/online and advertising communications.

Samir believes APPIES Malaysia is a great “interactive” platform for strategic thought leadership and sharing of best practices.
In an interview, Samir Dixit told MARKETING he will be speaking on how marketing has changed a lot in the past few years and the marketers have not.
“It’s a bit of an introspection of how marketers define and measure their success and KPIs at present vs. what it could be or should be given the change in corporate thinking, investor sentiments, and external environment.”
