M1 has launched a major new brand campaign ‘The World’s Different with a Friendly Telco’, following the full-service communications company’s recent renewal of its partnership with Y&R Singapore. Anchored by a 45-second animated commercial, the extensive through the line campaign expresses the fun, joy and quirkiness an M1 customer should always experience.
Its dedicated Facebook page topped the rankings in Singapore in terms of new fan acquisition, according to analytics site Socialbakers. The M1 ‘Explore and Win’ page garnered an additional 7,000 Likes in just four days, making it Singapore’s top Facebook page with the most momentum.
The campaign visually communicates that an M1 customer will always enjoy a friendly, positive experience. This is done through the specially-created animated three-dimensional world that is come to life island-wide via television, print, cinema, OOH, web and in-store communications.
