After what seemed like a long drawn affair which saw an initial round of credential presentations from 25 agencies in November, Pos Malaysia picked 16 agencies to share and present their ideas and strategies. In the next round, a shortlist of 6 agencies were chosen to make their case: JWT, Blossom Paragon-Draft, M&C Saatchi, McCann Erickson, Strooer and Such & Such.
Today Pos Malaysia selected two agencies – M&C Saatchi and JWT. But the story does not end there. Unconfirmed reports indicate the entire budget for the campaign has been put on hold!
There’s no indication what POS Malaysia’s A&P budget is and numerous calls made to new Group MD, Dato’ Syed Feisal, were not successful. POS Malaysia has also not shown up on the Adex radar for years.
