First off, we have Nuchnapa Warunwutthi Strategic Marketing Consultant of Bodhi Tree Knowledge in Thailand who is an acclaimed thought leader in the reatil space. She will touch on
‘The measurement of the in-store activities in retail environment’.

She quips, “In the last few years, in-store activities have been receiving attention from marketers for its dual effective role as a brand communication tool as well as a sales tool. However, the effectiveness of each in-store activity is difficult to measure. My session will be about the how to measure the ROI of each in-store activity to help marketers maximize their in-store activity investments.”

Andreas Vogiatzakis, MD of OMG Malaysia tackles the topic: Stretching your Media Ringgit in Trying Times. He summarised
his talk as follows…

“Making marketing sense and translating campaigns into effective cash register ringing sounds requires a good understanding of the consumers’ path to purchase, as well as the relationships between the brands, their consumers and consumers’ media consumption.

By strengthening our understanding of how consumers use the various channels and touchpoints along the path to purchase, we enable ourselves to advance greater brand experiences to consumers. In an era that is becoming increasingly digitalized by the day, understanding all these dynamics, managing the plethora of the various media vehicles and maneuvering between the traditional and the new is a mandatory prerequisite for marketing success. I will share our recent research findings on the intricacies of the consumer decision making and path to purchase, and the role retail media plays in it.”

International award-winning Executive Creative Director of TBWA\ Graham Kelly will also share his ideas on ‘Getting Creative with Retail’. He will present some creative Promo campaigns, which will have Point of Sale/Retail elements that will surely spark your imagination.
