Digitally-led marketing agency VML has won two major accounts in Malaysia - Sun Life and Resorts World (RW) Genting.
VML has been appointed as the Social Marketing AOR for Sun Life Malaysia. Global player Sun Life is a challenger brand in Malaysia’s wealth and financial protection planning category. With their Money for Life proposition, the brand seeks to speak to a younger audience in the market, and encourage them to plan financially for their dream life. VML is working with the brand to bring this brand promise alive across social channels and is managing social strategy, content and community management.
RW Genting has tasked VML with the mandate to grow the membership and usage of their CRM & rewards programme, Genting Rewards Plans. VML is leading an omni-channel activation to achieve this objective, which includes digital media, social content and on-venue interactive installations during the CNY period.
