(marketingmagazine.com.my) – There’s a new player in Personal shopping and delivery service space. Swiftcow.my a new service which allows shoppers in the Klang Valley to their fulfill shopping needs has officially launched in Malaysia.
Tying up with major supermarkets including Tesco, Aeon Big, Cold Storage, Jaya Grocer, BIG – Ben’s Independent Grocer Jason’s Food Hall, AEON, Mydin and Giant, users are able to shop at those outlets and have their groceries delivered to them in under three hours on the same day.
In conjunction with its launch the company is providing shoppers in Klang Valley a free delivery service. As part of its launch campaign, they have also partnered up with Somersby, CIMB Fiesta and BaikBike to offer its shoppers discounts of up to 15%.
Speaking to MARKETING a spokesperson from the company shared that all marketing and promotions for Swiftcow.my are currently being run in-house. A majority of its marketing efforts will be focused on below-the-line marketing, social media engagement and strategic partnerships.
Due to popular demand since its soft launch in July 2016, Swiftcow.my is now spreading its delivery to Selayang, Puncak Alam, Port Klang and Sepang.
Online grocery shopping has proven to be a growing market segment globally according to a recent Nielsen Global E-commerce Survey. One-quarter of global respondents order grocery products online for home delivery, and more than half (55%) are willing to use it in the future.
