Performics, part of Publicis One in Malaysia, has announced leadership changes to strengthen its position as a data-driven business leader.
Aditya Rao who currently serves as the Director of Client Solutions, Planning & Research has been promoted to Head of Performance Media and will now also be responsible in overseeing Performics offerings which include planning and insights, analytics and technology, performance content, performance media and consulting.
Since joining Performics a year ago, Aditya has led the digital solutions team, groomed digital resources across the group, and had specific responsibilities of driving digital operational excellence across the agency through systematic processes as well as enhanced agency digital capabilities and increase digital performance of client marketing budgets amongst others.
